CosmoBet’s current terms identify Santeda International B.V. as operator and claim Curaçao reference OGL/2024/1798/1048. The public service combines casino and sports sections. Its published withdrawal and inactivity conditions affect how an account balance can be used.
Withdrawal caps are stated in the contract
The general terms checked on 9 September 2026 set standard withdrawals at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, with stated qualifications and the possibility of instalments for larger wins. These are limits on the operator’s processing, not evidence that a transfer will arrive on demand.
Do not import another Santeda brand’s inactivity rules
CosmoBet defines an account as dormant after 365 consecutive days without the specified account access. It reserves a monthly charge of 5% of the initial dormant balance, capped at €20. This differs materially from the shorter threshold and higher percentage found in other Santeda-branded terms during the same audit.
The clause describes what the operator says it may charge; we have not assessed an individual customer’s rights or tested enforcement. For an old account balance, keep the version of the terms that applied and any notices received.
The exact-domain UKGC search did not establish a matching British licence. The Curaçao number remains an attributed operator claim in this review. We have not opened an account or moved funds and do not present CosmoBet as a UK recommendation.
