No proven sister site. As checked in October 2026, 3 casinos share its platform build.
  • Payouts go back by the method of the latest deposit: bank wire for card and voucher deposits, a crypto wallet for crypto and voucher deposits.
  • Requests are processed within one business day once payment approval and the ID check are done. The minimum is €100, with 4 free withdrawals a month and €60 for each one after.
  • Small depositors face a cap: winnings made before lifetime deposits pass €500 are limited to 10× the deposit behind them, and the rest is cancelled.

This Bon Rush review is built on the casino’s own terms, payments page and VIP page, read 2 October 2026.

A deposit starts at €20, with Google Pay, Maestro and crypto among the listed methods, and that choice fixes the payout route (Terms 6.3). Requesting a withdrawal cancels any bonus balance still active (Terms 11.17). Winnings from real-money bets placed without a bonus are withdrawable immediately (Terms 11.13).

Charges from banks or payment processors fall on the player under Terms 17.9. Some countries may allow crypto-wallet payouts only, and support can confirm that before a deposit.

A worked case shows the small-depositor rule in Terms 6.11. Say a single €40 deposit grows to €900, with no bonus in play. That caps the withdrawal at 10 × €40 = €400, and the remaining €500 is cancelled once that request is placed.

Which documents does Bon Rush ask for before paying?

Terms 2.8.5 allows a request for proof of age or identity at 3 points: registration, a deposit or a withdrawal attempt. Until checks are complete, Terms 2.8.7 lets Bon Rush hold back withdrawals.

A full check, per the contact page, can involve:

  • photo ID, front and back, from an ID card or passport
  • proof of address: a water, electricity, gas, internet or landline bill, a bank statement, a tax declaration or a city-hall residence certificate
  • both sides of the deposit card, CVV hidden and the 8 central digits masked (Terms 6.4)
  • screenshots, selfies or card pictures at a later stage

Terms 5.2 adds a name rule. Before any winnings are processed, the account name must match the holder of the payment method.

Terms 2.8.6 gives 72 hours to send documents once Bon Rush asks. A written note from support that verification is complete, kept before any withdrawal request, records when the checks ended.

How does the VIP level change Bon Rush payouts?

Bon Rush’s VIP page has 8 levels, with Opal at the bottom and Blue Diamond at the top. Each €1 spent earns 1 point. Level drives several clauses in the terms, including the weekly withdrawal limit and the cash-out cap on bonus winnings.

Level Weekly withdrawal limit (Terms 6.5) Bonus cash-out cap (Terms 11.11) Bonus per deposit (VIP page)
Opal €500 5× the bonus 5%
Sapphire €500 5× the bonus 10%
Pearl €500 5× the bonus 15%
Silver €1,500 10× the bonus 20%
Gold €1,500 10× the bonus 30%
Platinum €1,500 10× the bonus 40%
Diamond €1,500 15× the bonus 50%
Blue Diamond €1,500 15× the bonus 100%

Players with no VIP level share the 5× cap under Terms 11.11. Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Blue Diamond members “may qualify for expedited withdrawal processing” under Terms 6.9.

What counts is the level held when the bonus was issued. So a €100 bonus releases no more than €500 at Pearl and €1,500 at Diamond. Terms 11.12 voids anything above the cap together with the bonus.

Weekly limits set the pace at which a large balance can leave. Take €1,800 in cash with no bonus, after total deposits have already passed €500:

  • at Silver, €1,500 goes in the first calendar week and €300 in the next
  • at Pearl, the same sum needs 4 weeks: €500, €500, €500, then €300
  • both routes stay within the 4 free withdrawals a month, so the €60 fee never applies

Terms 6.5 lets the Company revise these limits at its discretion. A dated copy of the terms, saved with each request, shows which version applied. For comparison, the Sankra review covers another offshore brand whose payout caps change with VIP level.

What does bonus wagering apply to at Bon Rush?

Bon Rush’s welcome package, as its promotion page showed on 2 October 2026, is spread over the first 3 deposits. Bets draw on the cash balance first, under Terms 11.8.

Wagering then applies only to the bonus balance, as point 5 of the Bonus Terms puts it. Yet the multiple itself differs between pages. Clause 11.14 of Bon Rush’s terms, read 2 October 2026, asks for 30× the bonus.

Both the Bonus Terms and the How Bonuses Work page say 50 times the bonus, each read 2 October 2026. Terms 1.3 says the terms prevail when documents conflict.

A €100 bonus would need €3,000 wagered under one figure and €5,000 under the other. Support can confirm in writing which multiple applies, and that email belongs with the account records.

  • Only non-table games count toward wagering, so keno, video poker and table games add nothing (Terms 11.15).
  • Every bonus expires 7 days after activation, according to Terms 11.16.
  • Terms 11.3 allows 1 active bonus. Taking a welcome, birthday, wheel or special bonus wipes existing Bonus Money and resets progress (Bonus Terms point 15).
  • Bonuses and free spins given out before any deposit need 150× the bonus, under Terms 11.14 read 2 October 2026.

Terms 6.12 covers no-deposit bonuses, with 3 conditions:

  • where no deposit has ever been made, such a bonus returns €100 at most, a cap later deposits do not lift
  • unlocking it needs one deposit, €15 at minimum, which is not for wagering and comes off the withdrawal
  • unless that deposit arrives within 7 days of reaching the maximum cash-out, the entire balance is removed

Which rules can cancel a Bon Rush balance?

Terms 6.11 still holds when later deposits lift the total past €500 before the request. Several other clauses can take money off the account:

  • Inactivity. Terms 14.1 closes an account after a 180-day stretch with no transaction, and the balance is lost for good. Terms 6.5 sets €100 as the lowest withdrawal, so a smaller balance cannot be requested as a payout. The VeloBet review sets out how another offshore brand treats idle accounts.
  • Chargebacks. Terms 7.5 lets Bon Rush confiscate the remaining balance after a chargeback, deposits and winnings included. A written complaint to support is the first step in the route set out below.
  • Audits. Terms 6.8 allows an audit before processing, and bonuses or winnings found irregular can be reclaimed. Screenshots of each bonus and its terms help in that check.
  • Refunds. Terms 6.10 rules out a refund once deposited money has been played.

How does a Bon Rush complaint reach arbitration?

Footer dispute rules and Terms 16.1 set a fixed order:

  1. Contact support straight away when a problem comes up (footer rule 1.3).
  2. Escalate to a manager next (rule 1.4).
  3. Send written notice of the dispute, then wait 30 days before arbitration can be requested.
  4. A sole arbitrator, chosen by the Dean of Curaçao’s Bar Association, hears the case in Curaçao, in English.

Other clauses limit what a complaint can achieve:

  • whoever starts the arbitration pays all its costs, the arbitrator’s fees included
  • the decision is final and binding, and court claims are waived except for defamation, libel or slander
  • Terms 16.3 removes class actions
  • Terms 15.1 limits a claim on a single transaction to the stake placed, and other claims to €500 in total
  • footer rule 1.5 makes Bon Rush’s records decisive on what a message said, unless evidence points the other way

Saved emails and screenshots are the player’s evidence against those records. Rule 1.6 treats complaints as confidential, and taking one to a third party lets Bon Rush stop seeking a resolution.

After a suspension, Terms 7.3 allows 3 months for evidence or clarification. It runs from the day the suspension takes effect.

Which money rules change on the same platform build?

Bon Rush’s platform build also runs Disco Win, Cazino Stars and Atlantis Slots. Their home pages, checked 6 October 2026, load the same page-setup script as Bon Rush, with the same variable names. The link is shared code and terms, not a named owner.

Atlantis Slots logoAtlantis Slots

Disco Win is the closest. In a 6 October 2026 read, its terms bar the same countries in the same order, and all but 2 of its bonus rules match Bon Rush’s word for word. The withdrawal clauses, worded differently, set the same figures: the €100 minimum, the €1,500 and €500 weekly ceilings and one business day.

The Bon Rush, Cazino Stars and Atlantis Slots terms, read 30 September 2026, also carry the same sole-arbitrator clause, class-action waiver, 500,000 liquidated-damages figure and xe.com exchange commission. Money rules differ, as the Cazino Stars terms show:

Rule Bon Rush (terms read 2 October 2026) Cazino Stars (terms read 30 September 2026)
Bonus wagering 30× in the terms, 50× in the Bonus Terms 60× deposit plus bonus under terms 11.18, and 90× in Bonus Terms point 6
Weekly withdrawal limit €1,500, or €500 at the first 3 levels €1,500, €1,000 at VIP2, €500 at VIP1

Where do Bon Rush players find self-exclusion and help?

If you need to stop, self-exclusion at Bon Rush works through support@bonrush.net. You pick a length of at least 6 months, capped at 5 years. Once it’s set, it won’t be undone before the period ends, according to the footer popup read 2 October 2026. The popup says it excludes you “from all gambling services”. Never open an account with another brand as a way round it. Support can say in writing which sites the exclusion covers.

A new account opened during that time may get the original one banned for good. The responsible gambling page, last updated 1 February 2024, suggests setting a deposit limit and a time limit, and taking breaks. It says support can help by email, so that’s where you’d ask.

You don’t have to handle it alone. 0808 8020 133 rings GamCare‘s National Gambling Helpline, which costs nothing and answers 24/7. Live chat runs on GamCare’s website as well. People in Wales also have NHS Wales, whose free number, 0808 2819 265, works 24/7.

Anyone registered with GAMSTOP can fit each phone, tablet and computer with a blocker: Gamban, BetBlocker or Gamblock. BetBlocker is free. Clause 2.8.1 restricts Bon Rush to adults, 18+ only.
