32Red Review: Current Licence and Old Company Record

Editorial update:

UKGC: active remote casino licence

The current UK licence for www.32red.com is attached to Platinum Gaming Limited, account 45322. Looking up the former company, 32Red Limited, produces a different result and can lead to the mistaken conclusion that the current brand has no British licence.

Why two licence records appear

The current domain record lists www.32red.com as Active. Platinum Gaming’s licence summary includes an active remote casino permission. Both were checked on 9 September 2026.

By contrast, 32Red Limited account 39430 records a surrender on 12 March 2025. Its old domain entries are inactive. That is a historical company record, not the present licensing position of the domain listed under Platinum Gaming.

What to compare on the casino itself

For a bonus, identify the game, value per spin, release schedule, expiry and conditions on winnings. A current offer was not verified against its complete terms in this review.

For withdrawals, separate the casino’s review of a request from the time your payment provider needs to credit it. A licence entry establishes regulatory status; it does not prove a specific payout speed. We have not tested the cashier or deposited funds for this review.

If you are resolving an older 32Red account dispute, preserve the date, transaction details and terms that applied at the time. Use the current brand’s complaint route to establish which entity is responsible for the matter.
