How long does a Sankra withdrawal take?
The finance team works through a request within 3 business days. Sankra’s terms also let the 3 days run from the last paid withdrawal. Staff handle payouts from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.

Clause 6.11 sets these caps. The level comes from activity in the 90 days before each request. Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses received in that window can move it up or down.
At Level 1, reaching the €7,000 monthly cap takes at least 14 withdrawals of €500. A large win leaves the account in daily slices. Sankra may also set its own minimum and maximum per transaction by method or account level.
What happens to an idle or closed Sankra account?
- Sankra treats an account as inactive after 180 days with no login. It may then take €5 a month, or the whole balance if less, and stops at zero.
- Closure is requested by email to support@sankra.com. Only an account with no balance and no pending withdrawal closes cleanly.
- Clause 3.7 voids any funds left in an account closed with a balance or a pending withdrawal. Withdraw everything first and wait for it to land.
