Mad Casino searches can lead to different domains with different company statements. In this check, madcasino.com redirected to madcasino232.com. That site’s July 2026 terms name SPINSTACK SOLUTIONS S.R.L. and explicitly exclude UK residents.
The current .com redirect and its legal terms
The Madcasino terms reached through the observed redirect are labelled 24 July 2026. They identify SPINSTACK SOLUTIONS S.R.L., with an address in Costa Rica, and state that the website is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission. The captured clause does not give a licence reference, and we have not independently validated a Tobique registry record.
The legal document names MA MERIDIA LIMITED separately for payment processing. Its Cyprus registration is not a British gambling licence. Operator identity, payment processing and regulatory authorisation are distinct facts and should not be combined into a generic “licensed and secure” badge.
The UK exclusion is explicit
Clause 2.3 includes the UK among excluded jurisdictions whose residents may not open accounts or add funds. This is an express operator restriction, not an inference based on an inaccessible page. An existing customer should check the original contract
