Why are the .com versions of these names different addresses?
Every licensed domain in this family ends in .best, bar slotador.com. Several of the casino names also exist as .com addresses that are not on the licence. On 9 September 2026, basswin.com led to a domain-sale page. Keep a note of the exact address where you opened an account. Check that exact domain before you rely on this licence.
Where does a Midnight Wins complaint go?
Anjouan’s player complaint policy sets a 2-step route (read 30 September 2026). The authority itself does not mediate or rule on individual disputes.
- Complain to the operator first, through the complaint function on its interactive licence seal. The operator has 30 calendar days to investigate and reply. Raise a game-outcome dispute within 14 days of the session. Account disputes over payments, suspensions or bonuses have 30 days.
- Still open after 30 days? Take it to an approved independent Alternative Dispute Resolution provider. ADR is mandatory for Anjouan licensees, and the operator pays for it.
For questions that are not complaints, Midnight Wins’ site gives customercare@midnightwins.email and Richy Leo’s gives customercare@richyleo.email (both seen 30 September 2026). The policy warns that a complaint sent any other way than through the seal may not be accepted. It also places any complaint from a player in an excluded territory outside this process.
How far does a Midnight Wins self-exclusion reach?
An exclusion you request at one of these casinos goes to that site. The 45 domains share a licensee, so ask support in writing whether the exclusion reaches each of your accounts across the family. Keep the reply.
