- Open a live chat, or email support@velobet.com. Cases that support can’t settle go up to managers inside VeloBet.
- Escalate in writing to both addresses, with screenshots of the balance and the bet history. Keep the reference and the dates.
- If management cannot settle it, the terms point to an outside body, a gaming authority or the casino’s own regulator.
- Write to the CGA at complaints@cga.cw. The regulator does not mediate or award compensation. It may act where a complaint, or a pattern of complaints, points to a breach of the law.
