Fat Pirate sister sites and the rulebook they share

18+ | Free support: GamCare, 0808 8020 133 | Last updated: October 2026

Fat Pirate shares its platform with 8 casinos: TikiTaka, MrPunter, CasinoLab, Gransino, Wild Robin, Cazeus, FunBet and Magius. Each also uses its terms text.

All 9 rulebooks, read 1 October 2026, carry version 1.13 or 1.12. Each calls its operator only “the Company”. A shared platform and a shared text are the proven link.

From deposit to first withdrawal, the route at Fat Pirate runs:

  1. Money in: the cashier minimum is generally €10, while each welcome bonus needs €20 and excludes Neteller and Skrill deposits.
  2. Wagering: 20x the deposit plus bonus (Fat Pirate’s welcome terms, checked 1 October 2026). The clock runs 10 days from activation, at €100 a bet at most.
  3. Money out: identity, address and payment-ownership proof first, then finance works the request within 3 business days.

Worked example: a €100 opening deposit earns a matching €100 bonus and 100 spins. Under Fat Pirate’s welcome terms, read 1 October 2026, that €200 carries 20x, so €4,000 must be wagered inside 10 days. Release stops at €1,000 for the bonus, 10x its size, and at €100 for the spins, which wait until the bonus ends.

  • Fits if: the plan is slots, which count 100% toward the wagering. Clause 7.9 still sets Starburst XXXtreme and Dead or Alive at 0%. Clause 7.10 bars a further list, Sugar Pop among them, while a bonus is active.
  • Skip if: the plan is live games. At 10% under clause 7.7, the €4,000 from Fat Pirate’s 20x welcome terms (read 1 October 2026) takes €40,000 of live bets.
  • On the same €100, the 35x at Magius (Magius’s T&Cs, checked 1 October 2026) comes to €7,000 of bets.

Who runs Fat Pirate according to its own documents?

Its terms and privacy notice, both read 1 October 2026, give these answers:

  • Terms clause 1.4: “the Company” means the company operating the website.
  • Privacy notice: the website’s operator is the data controller, and the notice covers FatPirate “and its direct and indirect subsidiaries”.
  • Clause 13.9: the customer contracts exclusively with the Company and agrees to bring no claim against software, game or payment suppliers.
  • Clause 6.17: player balances are kept in dedicated client bank accounts, separate from the Company’s money.

For any dispute, save a dated copy of terms version 1.13. Quote its clause numbers in writing. Data requests go to dpo@fatpirate.com, per the privacy notice.

What do the other sites share with Fat Pirate?

On 1 October 2026, each main domain forwarded to a numbered address. All 9 addresses share one shape: 2 letters, 2 digits, a double hyphen, then the domain.

Every site served its terms through the same page interface. Each footer carries one 18+ sentence with only the name swapped.

These clauses match in all 9 texts, bar names and addresses:

  • 2.1, the age rule.
  • 3.7 and 3.8, closing an account and self-excluding by email.
  • 5.3, the document deadline.
  • 6.7, 6.8 and 6.18, the conditions that can cost money.
  • 6.11, 6.13 and 6.15, payout limits, pending requests and the finance timetable.
  • 6.17, client money.
  • 7.12, 7.15 and 7.16, bonus deadlines and default wagering.
  • 13.4 and 13.7, the complaint route and its answer time.

Clause 9.4, identical in all 9 texts, applies on a reasonable suspicion of fraud, improper activity or other breaches of the terms. The Company may then confiscate the real-money balance and close the account on every other partner website on its platform. After a 9.4 closure, ask support in writing which accounts it covers.

Where do the rulebooks part ways?

Past the table’s headline figures, the texts differ here:

  • TikiTaka, Magius, FunBet, MrPunter and Cazeus split their 200 spins into 10 daily lots of 20.
  • Each batch can be claimed for 24 hours, then expires.
  • TikiTaka, Magius, FunBet and MrPunter print the 10x release cap inside the welcome terms. Cazeus leaves it to general clause 7.16, which sets the same 10x.

How does the Fat Pirate welcome package release money?

Fat Pirate’s package, read 1 October 2026, runs over 4 deposits with a €20 floor each:

Deposit Match Bonus up to Free spins
1st 100% €2,500 100
2nd 100% €3,500 50
3rd 50% €6,000 50
4th 100% €4,000 150
Package 350% combined €16,000 350

Reaching every cap takes deposits of €2,500, €3,500, €12,000 and €4,000, or €22,000 in total. That brings €16,000 of bonus. Fat Pirate’s package terms, checked 1 October 2026, set the wagering at 20x: €38,000 combined calls for €760,000 in bets.

Further conditions in the offer’s own terms:

  • Each bonus is taken before any bet with its qualifying deposit.
  • A withdrawal request before claiming, or after activation, voids the bonus.
  • Cancelling an active bonus voids the whole Casino Bonus balance.
  • Activating a second bonus removes the first one and its winnings.
  • Spin winnings carry 40x (per Fat Pirate’s terms for the package, checked 1 October 2026). Their release stops at €50 for up to 50 spins, or €100 above that.
  • Clause 7.11 spends real money first, then the bonus balance.

Clause 7.7 weights each game type toward the wagering:

  • Slots and scratch cards: 100%, apart from listed titles.
  • Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Dream Catcher First Person and Monopoly: 50% under clause 7.8.
  • All live games, video poker, Plinko, and a list including Plinball and Dice: 10%.
  • Table and card games, plus clause 7.9 titles such as Aviator and Spaceman: 0%.
  • Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo: closed to bonus funds.

Under clause 7.19, roulette bets spread over 24 or more spots, out of 37, count as promotion abuse. Clause 7.20 then lets the Company void the promotions involved and confiscate their winnings.

Progress shows as a percentage in the profile’s active-bonus section. Crazy Time’s own rules are in the Crazy Time guide.

What does a first Fat Pirate payout need?

Fat Pirate’s help centre, read 1 October 2026, lists these documents:

  • A valid identity document, legible and in date.
  • Proof of residence no older than 3 or 6 months, depending on the review.
  • Proof of ownership of each payment method.
  • Bank, card or e-wallet statements, usually covering the last 1 to 3 months.

Clause 5.3 gives 30 days to send them. Until then, the Company may withhold payment or suspend the account.

A late reply can close the account permanently. Send the full set in one email and keep the sent copy.

Timing differs between the 2 sources. Help-centre answers quote 24 to 48 hours from a complete set. Clause 5.3 says usually 10 days.

Count from the day the last file went in. After 48 hours, ask support for a date in writing.

Per the help centre, deposits, withdrawals or both may be stopped until verification is fully complete. A pop-up notice appears when verification is needed.

When does the finance team act on a request?

Clause 6.15 sets a 3-business-day window, counted from the request “and/or” from the last withdrawal paid, once all checks are complete. Finance staff work weekdays only, between 6 AM and 5 PM GMT.

Note each request’s date. Once 3 business days pass, ask support for a finance date.

After finance, the help centre puts bank transfers at a further 3 to 5 business days. E-wallet money can show moments after it is sent.

A pending request can be cancelled from the cashier’s Withdrawal tab or Balance History. Clause 6.13 allows 3 pending at most.

Clause 6.11 caps payouts by VIP level, in euros:

VIP level Per day Per month
1 €500 €7,000
2 €500 €10,000
3 €800 €12,000
4 €1,000 €15,000
5 €1,500 €20,000

A €9,000 balance at level 1 shows the effect. At €500 a day, €7,000 takes at least 14 days. That leaves €2,000 for the next month.

Clause 6.12 sets the level from the 90 days before a request. A month without bets drops it to the lowest.

Fat Pirate’s VIP level list gives levels 3 to 5 negotiable withdrawal limits. Before a large request, ask support about them in writing.

Why might a withdrawal come back cancelled?

A help-centre article lists possible causes, among them wrong payment details, technical maintenance and changes on the payment provider’s side. Clause 6.9 adds suspected fraud, collusion or illegal activity.

  1. Look for the Finance Department’s email giving the reason, in the inbox and the spam folder, and contact Customer Support if none came.
  2. Correct the payment details, or pick another method if the deposit method is missing from the withdrawal list.
  3. Use bank transfer if nothing else fits, since the help centre names it as the fallback.
  4. For a 6.9 cancellation, ask support in writing which facts it relied on.

Clause 6.10 also lets the Company pay through a payment system other than the one requested. Check which system sent the money before reporting it missing.

Which charges can the terms take from a balance?

  • Clause 6.8 sets a x1 rollover on deposits. If total bets stay below the deposit, winnings can be cancelled and 10% of the last deposit kept, at least €0.50.
  • The same clause also names “the 15% (fifteen percent) commission” where the balance was “charged with a bank card or bank transfer”.
  • Clause 6.7 lets the Company decline a withdrawal if under €20 was wagered in the calendar month of the request.
  • Clause 6.18 marks an account inactive once 180 days pass with no login. It can then charge €5 a month, a fee open to change without notice.
  • Clause 3.7 voids all funds if the account closes with money still in it or a withdrawal still pending.

Take a €100 card deposit, €60 of bets and then a withdrawal request. That risks a €15 deduction and the loss of any winnings.

An inactive €12 balance loses €5, then €5, then the last €2. Fees stop once it reaches zero.

Withdraw the balance before asking for closure. Before a long break, log in once inside the 180 days or take the money out.

What does a formal complaint at Fat Pirate need?

  1. Raise the problem with support first. Clause 13.4 says the first answer comes through the support email inbox.
  2. If that answer does not settle it, write to complaints@fatpirate.com from the email address registered on the account.
  3. Make the subject line read COMPLAINT, followed by the reason.
  4. Include the username and the full name as registered.
  5. Add a detailed summary with the specific dates and times involved.
  6. Allow 10 days from receipt for the Complaints Resolution Committee’s decision, longer in complex cases under clause 13.7.

In the help centre, a formal complaint is an email to Customer Support. Copy support@fatpirate.com as well. Clause 13.8 points to the AskGamblers casino complaints page as the outside route.

How do breaks and self-exclusion work at Fat Pirate?

Fat Pirate’s responsible gaming page, read 1 October 2026, offers a break through its support team. If you’d rather stop for good, email support@fatpirate.com, and the same page says the account’s closed as soon as practicable. Clause 3.8 adds that customer service will help close it.

Both texts put it on you to name any other accounts and not to open new ones. If you’ve got accounts on any of the other 8 sites, send each one the same request. Ask each for written confirmation that it’s been applied.

GamCare’s blocking-software page, read 30 September 2026, covers gambling-specific programmes that shut gambling sites out, naming Gamban, BetBlocker and Gamblock. Put one on each phone and computer you use. BetBlocker’s own site calls it free, and the GAMSTOP self-exclusion scheme is free as well.

The number 0808 8020 133 belongs to GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline, which charges nothing and never closes. WhatsApp messages to that number work too if you’d rather type, and GamCare’s website has a live chat.

In Wales, NHS Wales answers 0808 2819 265, its free 24/7 gambling line. Fat Pirate’s clause 2.1 and footer keep accounts 18+. More on limits sits in bettingwow’s gambling support guide.
