What is Pink Casino’s licence history?
Pink Casino’s casino licence under account 39198 has been Active since 1 November 2014. The same account lists betmgm.co.uk, leovegas.co.uk, slotboss.co.uk, betuk.com and 21.co.uk as Active domains.
The Commission’s notice of 3 August 2022 sets a “£1.32 million penalty” for the operator LeoVegas. It also issued an “official warning” and required an audit of how it prevents money laundering and protects customers. The notice named pinkcasino.co.uk among the sites that operator runs.
Its findings included review triggers set far above the average customer’s spend. A 6-hour play threshold came before any 45-minute cool-off.
On 28 September 2026 the register’s actions tab recorded no regulatory actions for account 39198. Public statements, the Commission says, are “only available online for 3 years from the date of issue”. Older cases can therefore drop off the register, so the 2022 notice was read in the news archive.
An earlier £600,000 penalty of 2 May 2018 named “LeoVegas” without naming any website. Check account 39198 in the site footer before the first deposit.
What limits and times apply to each payment method?

No fee applies to a normal withdrawal. A leftover balance under £10, such as one left at closure, comes out only through Customer Support.
The terms allow a reasonable fee on that leftover balance. Withdraw while the balance is still £10 or more.
Every payment method must be in the account holder’s name. Wire transfers go only to a UK bank account in that name. Statements show “Pink Casino” or “LeoVegas PLC”.
An account without a login for 365 days turns dormant, and a £5 monthly administration fee can follow the notice. Log in at least once a year, or withdraw the balance before leaving the account idle.
Which documents can Pink ask for?
- Send photo ID: a driving licence, provisional licence, passport or birth certificate, all 4 corners visible.
- Add an address document issued within the last 3 months. A council tax bill, a bank statement or a utility bill works.
- If the deposit card is lost, the bank can issue a signed, stamped letter instead. It must show the first 6 and last 4 card digits and the expiry date.
Pink confirms receipt by email or SMS within 30 minutes. Full review needs up to 3 business days as a rule.
Play only from inside the UK, whether on the site or in Pink’s app. Access from abroad can trigger a temporary suspension.
How is a missing deposit or payout resolved?
- Raise it on live chat, which Pink says runs 24/7.
- If chat cannot settle it, email support@pinkcasino.co.uk, which acknowledges complaints inside 24 hours.
- Ask for a final review by the Complaints Specialist.
- After the final position, or 8 weeks without a resolution, take the case to IBAS, the free adjudicator Pink has appointed.
A suspected Prohibited Practice suspends the account without notice, and funds stay inaccessible during the investigation. Pink can then tell other Group companies, which may close accounts held with them too.
Keep to the terms and hold a single account per brand. Pink is entitled to close a duplicate and void its promotions and their winnings. If the duplicate was opened deliberately or fraudulently, Pink may close all your accounts and keep all or part of the duplicate’s balance.
What do Pink Casino’s one-star Trustpilot reviews say?
In Trustpilot’s 28 September 2026 reading, Pink scored 2.9 out of 5 across 2,410 reviews, 20% of them 1-star. 83 came in the last 12 months. Pink invites customers to review and had replied to 100% of negative reviews.
Of the 20 newest 1-star reviews, 5 described a deposit taken but never credited. Another 4 cited slow withdrawals, and 3 a verification hold on a withdrawal.
Every one carried a reply from Pink. Three replies cited certified random number generators, and the rest dealt with the case raised. For a deposit that never arrives, match the statement line to either name above first.
Do Pink Casino deposit limits cover BetMGM and LeoVegas?

A Time Out is different: it runs from 1 day to 6 weeks and covers only the site where it’s set. Set it again on each brand to close them all.
