Freshbet runs under the Curaçao licence of Ryker B.V., issued by the CGA. Under section 4 of its terms, read 1 October 2026, United Kingdom residents may not register.

Worked example: €100 paid in as the first deposit draws a €100 match. At 30x on €200, slot bets must reach €6,000 inside 30 days (the offer’s terms, as read on 1 October 2026). Capped at €5 a bet, that takes at least 1,200 spins.
Ryker B.V. has been the holder of CGA-issued licence OGL/2024/1800/1049 since 14 August 2024. Its CGA certificate showed the status Active on 1 October 2026.
Section 12 sets the standard weekly withdrawal cap at €7,500.
Is Fresh Bet casino legit, and which countries are barred?
4 documents describe the company behind freshbet.com, all checked on 1 October 2026 except the registry:
- CGA certificate: the licence holder, Ryker B.V., is Curaçao company 154186.
- CGA licence list dated 21 September 2026, row 549: the same licence and company number, but with dates of its own: issued 24 December 2025, no expiry date, status “Indefinite”.
- Terms, section 1: Ryker B.V. at 2 Willemstad addresses, Zuikertuintjeweg z/n and Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 50. Ryker Development Limited of Larnaca, Cyprus, acts as payment agent.
- Same section: a line describes Ryker B.V. as “pending application by the GCB”, the Gaming Control Board, a name the CGA’s own online gaming page still carried in its title on 1 October 2026. The certificate records the licence as granted.
- CGA certificate for casinok.com: the same company and licence number. That makes CasinOK a Freshbet sister site.
Section 4 of the terms names 14 places whose residents may not register, the United Kingdom, Australia, France and Spain among them. A separate list sits in section 3, which leaves the player to check local law.
Both sections allow refusals from further countries at Freshbet’s discretion. Curaçao law governs the terms.
How is the Freshbet welcome bonus split across deposits?
Freshbet’s promotions page advertises a 100% welcome bonus up to €1,500. Lower on the offer page, the rules set a separate match for each of 3 deposits:
- 1st deposit: 100%, capped at €500.
- 2nd deposit: 50%, capped at €500, which takes a €1,000 deposit to reach.
- 3rd deposit: 100%, capped at €500.

Conditions on every part, from the offer page and the general bonus rules:
- A part missed at its own deposit, through a short deposit or an opt-out, cannot be added later.
- Wagering still unfinished after 30 days costs the bonus along with pending winnings.

Section 15 forbids 2 sets of free spins in a row without a deposit between them. Weekend codes run on Saturday and Sunday. Each is activated within 1 hour of the deposit and lasts 72 hours.
Support adds the loyalty bonus once the balance is under €1, on at least €50 of deposits from the previous 30 days. The last deposit must be real money, with no pending withdrawal and no open sports bet, and the bonus has 14 days to be wagered.
How fast is a Freshbet withdrawal, and what is deducted?

Section 12 states the opening caps in euros. Freshbet’s VIP page prints the same numbers in dollars for Fresh and FreshElite. Ask support which currency applies to the account, and keep the reply.
- Rakeback points build on sports, casino, live casino, mini games and e-sports bets, provided the odds are 1.30 or higher. Bonus money earns none.
