DonBet’s route from deposit to withdrawal runs in 3 steps:
- The offer must be activated manually ahead of the first bet or spin. Any earlier deposit, by any method, rules out the crypto version.

Which DonBet sports bets count toward the sports welcome?
Only sports bets count toward the sports welcome, each on a slip of 2 events or more priced at 1.4. Several kinds of bet add nothing:
- Handicap, draw-no-bet, baseball and tennis bets, any of which DonBet may void.
- Outright positions, horse and dog racing included.
- Any bet at odds below 1.30, which the general terms let DonBet treat as no bet at all.
While sports bets are still open, the bonus cannot be cancelled. Cancelling afterwards takes back the bonus and what it won, plus the total staked since it was activated.
A 3+1 promotion adds a free bet after 3 qualifying bets, worth 15% of their combined stakes. Each bet needs €10 or more and 3 positions at 1.3, and the free bet ranges from €4.5 to €100.
Bets of €40, €60 and €100 would earn €30. Singles, system bets, cashed-out tickets, duplicates and player markets do not qualify.
Which top-league bets does DonBet’s Triple Combo Deal cover?
DonBet’s Triple Combo Deal, as its promotion page stood on 30 September 2026, stacks 3 benefits on top-league bets. The leagues are the Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1. All 3 benefits can apply to the same slip.
- Freebet insurance: a slip of 5, 6 or 7 top-league positions that misses by exactly one leg returns a free bet. It is worth 50%, 75% or 100%, by leg count. Each leg has a 1.3 price floor, and the ticket a 20 USD minimum stake or the equivalent. The free bet arrives 24 hours after settlement, up to 270 USD a day.
- Live cashback: a losing live bet with 2 or more top-league positions at 1.3, staked at 20 USD or more, earns back 20% of its stake. That comes as a free bet, to 130 USD a day.
- Payout boost: 2 to 15 top-league legs, each at 1.2 or more, add between 3% and 100% to the payout. The extra is capped at 20,000 in any currency.

What do free spins add to the slots rollover?

The casino offers carry further limits in DonBet’s terms:
- The crypto offer counts deposits from €50 to €600. Any of 8 coins qualifies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, Ripple, Stellar or Monero.
- At €600, 170% would come to €1,020, so the €1,000 cap trims the bonus by €20.

Which DonBet requests go through live chat?
DonBet’s FAQ, read 30 September 2026, lists 2 ways in: live chat and support@donbet.com. Several rules send the player through them:
- Loyalty cashback of 10% is paid only when requested in live chat or by support email. It needs more than €100 of deposits since the last bonus or withdrawal. Sports tickets must be settled, with €1 or less left in the balance.
- That cashback pays up to €500 at once and is wagered at 45x the bonus amount, inside 15 days (DonBet’s terms for the cashback, read 30 September 2026). The largest bet that counts is €20. No other promotion can run with it, and withdrawals from it stop at 5x the bonus.
- Bonus cancellation runs through the bonus page, with live chat as the fallback.
- Refund requests go to live chat or Compliance@donbet.com within 14 days of the payment. The window is 30 days if someone else used the account. Played deposits are not refunded, and a 20% administrative fee can apply.

- Payment agent in that footer: CYGTW LTD of Limassol, registered as HE 462903.
- CGA registry file of 21 September 2026, row 590: 24 June 2025 as issue date and 24 December 2025 as expiry. Its status reads “Assessment in progress”.
DonBet’s company-details page, read 1 October 2026, links the licence to the 1993 offshore gaming ordinance of Curaçao. The certificate names Curaçao’s 2024 law on games of chance.
MyStake is DonBet’s sister: its own certificate names the same company and licence. Their payout, fee, verification and complaint clauses read the same. DonBet’s version adds 2 bonus rules:

Trustpilot had taken DonBet’s profile down by 30 September 2026, saying the business went against its guidelines. On the same date its MyStake page listed reviews but withheld a rating.
Where does a complaint go after support rejects it?
DonBet gives a complaint 2 months from the date the problem arose, and may ignore anything later. Support deals with it first, then passes unresolved cases up the company.
- Put the complaint to support@donbet.com or live chat, and keep the reference.
- Then write to Compliance@donbet.com, the address DonBet’s dispute-resolution page gave on 30 September 2026.
- Once management has had its say, the terms point the player to outside help. That can be an independent body, a gaming authority or the regulator that licenses DonBet.
- Send the file, with dates and screenshots, to complaints@cga.cw. The regulator settles no individual disputes and orders no compensation, though complaints can feed action against an operator.
A lawsuit must be filed with a competent court in Curaçao, and Curaçao law governs it. DonBet’s server records decide any disputed result, so screenshot the slip and the balance as soon as an outcome looks wrong.
How long can a DonBet self-exclusion last?
Ask DonBet’s support by email to exclude you, for a period that starts at 6 months and can stretch to 5 years. Leave the length out and you’ll be closed for 6 months. For a shorter pause, support can close the account as a time-out. It reopens sooner only when you’ve asked in writing and DonBet says yes.
