Candyland sister sites: the ten casinos on its Rival build

18+ | Free support: GamCare, 0808 8020 133 | Last updated: October 2026

Candyland shares its Rival software build with 9 other casinos. All 10 domains served one English text bundle, identical byte for byte, on 4 October 2026. Candyland’s terms call the operator “the Company”, so this page calls all 10 the casinos on the Rival build. On Candyland, the 200% first-deposit match caps cash-out at 10x the deposit, and approval can run to 14 working days.

Candyland’s money route runs in 3 steps, per the terms and banking page (1 October 2026).

  1. The deposit floor is €5 or €10 and the ceiling €200 to €1,000, set by method. A 3% processing fee applies to each. Every deposit needs 1x staked before a withdrawal request, plus the promotion’s own wagering if it came with one (withdrawal clause 9).
  2. The 200% match is non-withdrawable, comes off at payout and fixes the cash-out ceiling at 10x the deposit. It can be refused through support only before the first wager.
  3. A first withdrawal needs €50 or more, identity papers, a utility bill and copies of each card used. Approval can then run to 14 working days.

Worked example on Candyland’s terms: a €50 first deposit carries a €1.50 fee at 3% and draws a €100 match. The €50 deposit needs €50 of stakes, 1x, and the match’s own wagering must be complete as well (withdrawal clause 6). Cash-out is capped at €500, or 10x the deposit.

The €100 match comes off at payout. Ask support in writing whether it comes off before or after the €500 cap, and keep the reference.

Fits if: a 10x cash-out ceiling on the match or a deposit up to €249, and a 14-working-day approval window, suit the plan. Skip if: more than €1,000 a week has to leave, or sending card copies and a signed form is a problem.

Which fees come off a Candyland deposit?

A 3% processing fee on all deposits appeared on Candyland’s banking page on 1 October 2026. Card deposits can carry 2 more charges.

  • Withdrawal clause 10 reserves a fee of 3% to 6.5% for processing credit card deposits.
  • Player obligations clause 10 warns that card issuers may add foreign transaction fees, reaching 6% to 8% at times.

On a €100 card deposit, the 3% fee is €3, and the clause 10 fee, if charged too, adds €3 to €6.50. An issuer charge at 6% to 8% would add €6 to €8. Ask support in writing which charges apply to the chosen method, and keep the reply.

The other deposit rules sit across the banking page, the FAQ and the terms.

  • Methods: VISA and MasterCard cards, web wallets and vouchers on the banking page. The FAQ’s deposit answer adds Cashlib and Bitcoin.
  • Name: every payment method has to be registered in the player’s name. A mismatch can void winnings. The About page adds that it cancels withdrawal requests and closes the account. Keep each card and wallet in the name on the account.
  • Crypto: only Bitcoin is credited, and each Bitcoin deposit must start in the cashier. Bitcoin Cash (BCH) cannot be credited, so check the coin before sending.
  • Refunds: once played, a deposit is final. A refund needs a request inside 24 hours, cleared compliance checks and one of 3 grounds: a game fault, unplayable credits or a wrong charge. Its fee runs from 20.00 by SEPA wire to 75.00 by SWIFT wire, in the account currency.

What do the welcome match rules require before wagering?

A 200% first-deposit match topped Candyland’s promotions on 1 October 2026. The page also lists 100% Cashback Insurance, which a support agent adds on request once the balance has run out.

Candyland’s promotion terms set these rules for the match.

  • Clause 3: every bonus carries a wagering requirement unless the casino says otherwise first.
  • Clause 7: a player can refuse the match by email, telephone or live chat before playing.
  • Also clause 7: after any wager, the bonus must be played until the balance hits zero or wagering ends.
  • Clause 11: a bonus of 200% or more limits cash-out to 10x the deposit.
  • Clause 13: after wagering, the casino may cut the balance to that limit and clear the rest.

Clause 6 puts the duty to know the wagering terms on the player. Ask support for the match’s multiple, expiry and restricted games in writing before the first wager, and keep the reference.

Cashback carries 1x wagering under clause 4. Clause 4 caps cashback withdrawals at 10x the cashback. Clause 5 files insurance of 75% or more under Special Promotions, where cashback withdrawals stop at 2x the cashback.

Under clause 5, a balance over €100 or a pending withdrawal rules out cashback and any other special promotion from the Promotions Team, 200%-plus bonuses included. Ask support which cap applies to the 100% insurance, and get the answer in writing.

Which documents clear a Candyland withdrawal?

Card depositors are asked for 4 items on the banking page.

  1. Both sides of an ID card or passport.
  2. A recent utility bill with the same name and address as the account.
  3. Both sides of every card used to deposit, with all but the opening 4 and closing 4 digits covered.
  4. A signed Card Authorization Form (CAF).

Players who paid by Neteller or Skrill need just the ID and utility bill. Pictures go to support@candyland.casino with the account name and username. After Finance approves them, the name joins the next available payment cycle.

Identity checks happen only once, says the FAQ. The terms still allow a document request at any point. Keep the original files ready for a second request.

Trigger Clock in the terms Outcome
Security Verification Form requested 30 days to return it Suspension and possible forfeiture of the account
Withdrawal documents requested 30 days from the withdrawal request The withdrawal is cancelled
Withdrawal open with verification incomplete Over 30 days old The casino may reverse it
Deposit made by credit card Up to 7 days Waiting period before the withdrawal is processed

Send the full set with the first withdrawal request, and ask support to confirm receipt in writing.

What happens between the request and the payment?

  1. A request can go in at any time for €50 or more.
  2. Authorisation completes, and the Fraud department signs off as well.
  3. The approval window is 14 working days at most, counted from completed authorisation.
  4. Once documents are accepted, the withdrawal joins the queue the next business day.
  5. Payment is aimed at a window of 1 to 14 business days, subject to processor availability.

3 more payout rules sit in the FAQ and the terms.

  • The FAQ’s estimate for wire transfer and BTC payouts is up to 14 business days, which may vary. Crypto payouts need an earlier crypto deposit.
  • Bitcoin payouts go only to the wallet entered with the request. A payment to a wrong address is not re-issued, so check the address twice.
  • A request can be cancelled while still in progress. The FAQ says reversible withdrawals show in the cashier at the next deposit. Leave a request in place if the money is meant to leave.

How much can leave Candyland per request, week and month?

Ceiling Amount Clause
Minimum withdrawal €50 Withdrawal 8.2
Each request 1,500 credits Withdrawal 8.1
Each month 10,000 credits, paid in instalments above that Withdrawal 8.1
Each week, verified account €1,000 Prizes and winnings 1
Each week, before verification €500 Prizes and winnings 1
Each week, high withdrawal volume Can drop to €500 Prizes and winnings 2
Highest VIP players €10,000 per 14 days, at management’s discretion Prizes and winnings 1
Deposit of €249 or less 10x the deposit, per play session Withdrawal 1

In the terms’ glossary, 1 credit is roughly €1.

Example: a verified account holds €3,000 after a €300 deposit with no bonus. The weekly ceiling splits that into 3 requests of €1,000.

With 2 or more requests pending, prizes clause 2 starts the later ones’ 14-business-day clock once the first has been paid.

At a transfer fee of €10 to €40 per withdrawal, 3 transfers cost €30 to €120. Ask support to state the weekly cap in force on the day of each request, in writing.

Which withdrawal fee applies when the pages disagree?

3 Candyland pages, all read 1 October 2026, describe withdrawal fees differently.

  • Terms, withdrawal clause 4: every withdrawal carries a transfer fee of €10 to €40. The payment processor sets it by location, for wire, Neteller and direct-to-card alike.
  • FAQ: withdrawals are generally free of casino fees, but a payment provider may add a charge by method.
  • About page: a fee may be charged to cover payments made by bank wire or cheque.

The opening of the terms adds that chat or email cannot change or revoke them. A written fee quote from support still records what the casino said. Ask for one before each request, naming the method, and keep the reference.

How should a stalled Candyland payout be raised?

  1. Write to support@candyland.casino or open live chat with the date, the amount and the request reference.
  2. Copy documents@candyland.email, the address the support page gives for financial issues.
  3. Keep a copy of each chat log and email answer, with its reference number.
  4. Ask for a written answer that cites the clause.

Phone, chat and email support run 24/7, according to the FAQ.

Candyland’s misuse clause treats public criticism as a breach. That covers a complaint, dispute or criticism, current or past, on a public forum, blog or other website. Listed breaches can bring account termination, confiscation of winnings and balances, and denial of services.

Keep the complaint with support, in writing, and save each reference.

Deliberate chargebacks and disputes are listed too, with threats to dispute, charge back or stop a transaction. Read 1 October 2026, the clause also reaches any other online casino or website and, in its words, any “sister casino on the Rival platform”, although the only tie this page shows is the shared build. Put a payment problem to support in writing before any card dispute, and keep the reply.

What should happen before a Candyland account closes?

  1. Request the payout first. With a €50 minimum, a smaller balance stays behind.
  2. Ask support in writing to close the account completely, as the responsible gaming page allows.
  3. Keep the closure confirmation. The misuse list counts a connection with a closed account on any Rival network brand, in the terms’ words, or any other online casino.
  4. Ask to come off the email and post lists, which the account terms allow by emailing support.

Once an account goes 120 days unvisited, or 120 days with no bets at all, the casino is entitled to the balance. A claim made after that is judged case by case. Ask for any payout well inside that 120-day window.

How are Candyland limits, breaks and self-exclusion arranged?

On Candyland, limits come through a written request to support, according to its responsible gaming page (1 October 2026). The page suggests daily, weekly and monthly limits on money for gambling. It helps to decide what you’d be willing to lose before you pick them.

For a pause, email support@candyland.casino. A break can run to 6 weeks, and the page says access to any new account is limited during that period.

For a firm stop, its self-exclusion route blocks the account shortly after your request arrives.

Nobody under 18 can play. Candyland’s own terms go further and won’t let you play there under 25.

GAMSTOP, a free self-exclusion register, can be joined at gamstop.co.uk. Blocking software, which GamCare describes as an app that blocks gambling websites, can go on each phone, laptop and tablet. Gamban runs on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android and offers a 7-day free trial. BetBlocker, a Scottish-registered charity, gives its tools away free, and Gamblock works on Windows computers and Android phones.

GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline is reachable free on 0808 8020 133. Someone answers 24/7, and the same number takes WhatsApp messages. The GamCare website also runs live chat.

Anyone living in Wales can phone NHS Wales’s free 24/7 gambling line, 0808 2819 265. There’s more on bettingwow’s responsible gambling page.

What do the Candyland terms say on smaller account issues?

Can a Candyland free chip win be withdrawn?

Yes, up to 50 credits, once unless the casino manager approves a repeat (clause 8). Candyland’s terms (1 October 2026) set free-chip wagering at 20x to 60x unless otherwise specified. A player with no deposit history must first make one successful deposit of €15, which cannot be withdrawn. Past depositors need a deposit within the last 30 days.

How do Candyland comp points convert?

On the loyalty page (1 October 2026), 1,000 comp points are worth €1. The page calls them wager-free, but bonus clause 8 counts converted Comp Points among free bonuses, with a different wagering requirement and a 50-credit cash-out limit.

Can 2 people in one household each hold a Candyland account?

Not on the terms read, which cap each person at a single account. The same cap covers each computer, email address, IP address and household.

Linked accounts can be shut and any winnings on them forfeited. Ask support in writing how a shared address is treated before a second account is opened.
