Licensed in Curaçao: GTW B.V. holds the mystake.com licence and runs MyStake, also written My Stake, as a casino and sportsbook.

The same company runs DonBet. MyStake’s casino welcome package can reach €1,500, split across the first 3 deposits. Every part carries 30x on deposit plus bonus (MyStake’s T&Cs, checked 30 September 2026).

Withdrawals on a standard account top out at €7,500 a week. MyStake gives itself 3 banking days to process a bank transfer payout. Both rules come from the general terms of 1 October 2026.

The licence is OGL/2024/250/0115, granted on 1 July 2024. Its Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate listed it as Active when checked on 1 October 2026. On the CGA’s licence list of 21 September 2026, the same licence reads “Assessment in progress”. Trustpilot withheld MyStake’s score on 30 September 2026.

From deposit to first withdrawal, the route runs in 3 steps:

  1. The package starts from €20 per deposit. The bonus is switched on under Profile, Bonuses, and any bet placed before that ends the offer.
  2. Deposit and bonus are then turned over 30x, on slots only, inside 30 days (the brand’s terms, read 30 September 2026). No spin may exceed €5.
  3. Withdrawal requests start at €20 in the terms read 1 October 2026. MyStake can hold the money until it has checked ID and a proof of address under 3 months old.

MyStake and DonBet print the same payout caps, fees and complaint deadline. These rules set the 2 sister sites apart:

Rule MyStake DonBet
Casino welcome 150%, 100% and 50% on deposits 1 to 3, up to €1,500 in all 150% on deposit 1, up to €750, plus 50 free spins

Example on deposit 1: a €200 payment qualifies for 150%, or €300 of bonus money. At 30x, the combined €500 means €15,000 of slot stakes (MyStake’s bonus terms, checked 30 September 2026). Spun at the €5 limit, that is at least 3,000 spins inside 30 days.

How is the MyStake casino welcome package split?

Behind the 300% headline sit 3 separate matches. Each one is switched on, or skipped, with its own deposit.

Deposit Match Largest bonus Deposit that reaches it Stakes at 30x, maxed (package terms, read 30 September 2026)
1st 150% €750 €500 €37,500
2nd 100% €500 €500 €30,000
3rd 50% €250 €500 €22,500

At full size, the 3 parts need €1,500 deposited and €90,000 staked. Each part runs on its own 30-day clock from activation.

Rules attached to every part, from the package terms read 30 September 2026:

  • Slots only. Mini Games stay open while a bonus runs, but their bets add nothing to the rollover.
  • A spin staked above €5 is ignored for the rollover and loses whatever it wins.
  • Skipping the first match leaves the second and third available. Taking one commits the account to nothing else.
  • No other promotion can run alongside it.
  • A bonus can be cancelled through live chat. The balance then loses that bonus, its winnings and all stakes made since it was switched on.
  • Under the general terms, a bonus ends by itself once the balance drops below 1, unless a sports bet is still open.

A separate crypto offer, read 30 September 2026, credits 100 free spins automatically when the first-ever deposit on the account is €20 or more in one of 8 coins. An earlier deposit by card or any other method rules it out, and the spins cannot be paired with another promotion.

Weekend deposits carry a reload of their own, set out in separate terms:

  • 50% on each deposit of €20 or more made on Saturday or Sunday, UTC, up to €250 a time.
  • A 30x rollover on deposit and bonus together (MyStake’s terms for the reload, read 30 September 2026). The deadline is 30 days.
  • Slots only, with spins capped at €5, and no live casino, Mini Games or sports bets while it runs.
  • A ceiling of 10x the bonus on what can be withdrawn from it: €2,500 on a €250 reload.

How long do MyStake withdrawals take, and what caps apply?

The 3-banking-day clock in the 1 October 2026 terms covers bank transfers. A copy of the terms taken on 30 September 2026 applied it to crypto transfers too.

MyStake’s FAQ, read 30 September 2026, starts both payout windows only once a withdrawal is marked successful. Each window then runs for 7 or 30 days from that moment.

  • Caps: €7,500 in each 7-day window and €15,000 in each 30-day window, unless a specific promotion overrides them. Higher VIP levels can be granted exceptions at the company’s discretion.
  • Example: once €6,000 is marked successful, €1,500 remains for 7 days and €9,000 for 30.
  • Minimum: €20 per request in the 1 October terms. The 30 September version tied both the minimum and the maximum to the payment method.
  • Large wins: above €15,000, MyStake may split the money into monthly instalments of up to €15,000.
  • Ceiling per bet: the most MyStake must pay on one bet or spin is €100,000, jackpots excluded. A progressive jackpot win is paid whole.
  • Bank charges: banks in the middle of a transfer may deduct as much as €16 or its equivalent. Dollar payouts are never sent by bank transfer.

Every withdrawal, the first and each later one, sits under these rules:

  1. Every deposit needs to go through play once before any cash-out. Otherwise 20% of the amount requested can be deducted.
  2. Cards, bank accounts and wallets must be in the player’s own name. If one serves 2 or more players, MyStake can close every account involved, cancel winnings and return deposits minus 20%, and it keeps the deposits of anyone who has not named an account of their own within 7 days of being told.
  3. Documents must use the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, or MyStake may ask to see them on a video call.
  4. A request for papers has to be answered within 30 days. After that, the refund policy has the funds cancelled and the account shut, with appeal ruled out.

A year with no log-in makes an account dormant. MyStake can then take €10 a month, never more than the balance holds. The fee ends once the balance is empty or the account is active again.

Is MyStake legit, and where does Santeda fit?

2 regulator documents word the licence’s status differently, and MyStake’s own footer adds 2 details:

  • Certificate of operation for mystake.com, read 1 October 2026: operator GTW B.V., company 165433, Active, licence granted 1 July 2024.
  • Row 590 of the CGA’s online licence list, published 21 September 2026, covers the same B2C licence. It gives an issue on 24 June 2025, expiry on 24 December 2025 and “Assessment in progress” as the status.
  • MyStake’s footer, read 30 September and again 1 October 2026, still cites Curaçao’s 1993 offshore gaming ordinance. The certificate, by contrast, cites the games-of-chance ordinance of 2024.
  • CYGTW LTD, a Limassol company numbered HE 462903, handles payments as GTW’s agent, by the same footer.

Santeda International B.V. is a different Curaçao company, with licence OGL/2024/1798/1048. CGA certificates read 30 September 2026 put Zizobet, VeloBet, CosmoBet and Goldenbet under it. The footer of Rolletto, read the same day, names Santeda too.

One page reached from MyStake’s footer still credits Santeda. Its blog, blog.mystake.cc, named Santeda and that company’s licence as running mystake.com on 30 September 2026. MyStake’s own footer and the CGA certificate name GTW B.V.

The Guardian’s investigation of 1 April 2026 described MyStake, VeloBet, Goldenbet and Rolletto as brands that appeared linked through Santeda International. It also restated its 2025 finding that Santeda then held MyStake’s licence. Pictures of a man promoted as MyStake’s boss were, the paper reported, very likely AI-generated or manipulated.

Trustpilot displayed no score for MyStake on 30 September 2026, citing a breach of its guidelines. The same page counted 24,495 reviews and said a number of fake ones had been removed.

What do MyStake’s sports betting offers require?

MyStake’s sports welcome adds 120% to the first deposit, to a maximum of €600, under promotion terms read 30 September 2026. Its rollover is 10x the bonus and deposit combined, over 30 days.

  • Each qualifying slip holds 3 selections or more, every one priced at 1.4 or higher.
  • €1,000 is the largest stake allowed on any bet during the bonus.
  • Bets on tennis, baseball, draw-no-bet or handicap markets are left out of the count, and MyStake may void them.
  • Outright markets such as racing are refused.
  • It covers sports and e-sports only, once, and with no other promotion.

Example: with €100 deposited first, the bonus is €120, so €2,200 of qualifying bets are needed at 10x. Miss the 30-day deadline and the bonus goes, with its winnings.

Deposits of €20 to €350 can also earn a 35% sports reload, worth up to €125 each. It must be wagered 7x, deposit and bonus together, on slips of 2 or more events at 1.4. Tickets are capped at €100.

The 3 + 1 Freebet page gives 2 sizes for the free bet: its opening line says the arithmetic mean of the 3 qualifying bets, while rule 1 and its worked example say 15% of their total. Either way it sits between €4.5 and €100. Each qualifying bet needs at least €10 staked and at least 3 positions at 1.3 or longer, and the free bet lasts 7 days.

Section 3 of the general terms, read 1 October 2026, lets MyStake treat any bet at odds under 1.30 as not placed. Their no-deposit section puts a free bet on an accumulator of at least 3 legs, each priced at 1.3 or more, and rules it out while a bonus is active.

Do MyStake mini games like Plinko count toward a bonus?

Each offer sets its own rule for Mini Games (offer terms checked 30 September 2026):

  • Casino welcome package: mini games can be played with the bonus active, but they move the rollover by 0.
  • Weekend reload: mini-game bets are barred while the bonus runs.
  • First Week’s Cashback: mini-game bets do not count.
  • 10% loyalty bonus: mini games count, except Dice, Plinko, Limbo, Roulette and Blackjack and any round cashed out below 1.3x.
  • VIP stars: $1 on mini games earns 0.01 stars. Cash-outs below 1.3x earn none, and Spribe and InOut titles earn none at all.

On 1 October 2026, MyStake’s menu listed Sport, live sport, racing, e-sports and virtuals. Slots, live casino, Originals, Mini Games and tournaments made up the rest. Its slot lobby sorted games into rows such as Popular Slots, Megaways, Jackpot and Drops & Wins.

Aviator sat in the Originals lobby that day and is a Spribe game. Its bets earn no VIP stars under that rule.

Which cashback and VIP rewards carry wagering?

First Week’s Cashback 10% of first-week lost deposits, up to €300, credited 7 days after sign-up 15x 5x the cashback €20 a bet, 15 days, slots and accumulators with at least 2 legs, each at 1.4 or higher

VIP weekly cashback, levels 7 to 9 10% to 13% None, paid as cash Standard weekly and monthly caps From €5

Example: a €200 loyalty bonus calls for €9,000 in bets at 45x (the operator’s terms for that bonus, read 30 September 2026). After that, withdrawals from it top out at €1,000.

The Galaxy VIP ladder climbs through 10 levels, from Pluto to the Sun. Stars build at 0.01 per $1 on slots and mini games and 0.03 per $1 on sports. Bets made with a bonus active, and all live casino bets, earn none.

A personal VIP manager can be requested from level 5. Level 7, where weekly cashback turns wager-free, starts at 60,000 points. At 1 point per $100 on slots, that is $6 million of slot stakes.

Stars can also buy bonus money. Its withdrawal ceiling is 100x the bonus or $10,000, after wagering (its own terms for the VIP system, read 30 September 2026). Cash bought with stars carries no wagering.

What happens if a complaint gets no answer?

The complaint clock is 2 months from the day the issue arose. Section 15 of the terms lets MyStake disregard anything older.

  1. Report it through live chat or support@mystake.email, the address the 1 October terms give for complaints. Keep the reference.
  2. Ask for escalation. Cases support cannot settle at once move up inside the company.
  3. Copy in compliance@mystake.email, which MyStake’s dispute-resolution page listed on 30 September 2026.
  4. Past management level, section 15 allows a complaint to an outside body, any gaming authority, or the regulator licensing the site.
  5. Email complaints@cga.cw at the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The CGA will not referee the dispute or award money. A pattern of complaints suggesting the law was broken can still prompt it to act.
  6. Lawsuits go before Curaçao’s courts, under Curaçao law.

Game-server logs overrule the screen in any dispute over a result. Record the game round number and when it was played before contacting support.

Which time-out and self-exclusion tools are offered?

You can ask support for a time-out, which closes your account for a short break. It’ll reopen ahead of time only on a written request from you, and only if MyStake agrees.

For a longer break, email support and ask to self-exclude. Self-exclusion can’t be shorter than 6 months or longer than 5 years, and 6 months is used when no length is given. MyStake’s self-exclusion page, read 30 September 2026, asks you to mention any gambling problem when you close the account, so its staff can act on it.

If you’ve got a DonBet account as well, send DonBet’s support the same request. Get each brand’s confirmation in writing, and keep it.

If you’re signed up to GAMSTOP, it helps to install Gamban, Gamblock or BetBlocker on your phone and laptop too. They keep gambling sites blocked.

GamCare’s advisers answer the National Gambling Helpline for free, whatever the hour. Its number, 0808 8020 133, takes both phone calls and WhatsApp messages. A live chat sits on its website too.

People in Wales also have NHS Wales, whose free gambling support line is reached on 0808 2819 265. Under MyStake’s rules, an account holder must be 18 or older.
