Froggybet Casino review: who runs it from Costa Rica

Licensed in Kahnawà:ke: Froggybet, a casino and sportsbook, is on the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission’s permit list under a Costa Rica operator.

That operator also runs TikTakBet and Nalu Casino. Froggybet’s casino welcome package spreads 350%, capped at €2,000, across 3 deposits from €25, and adds 1,000 free spins. Each bonus and its deposit must be wagered 30x (Froggybet’s terms, read 30 September 2026).

Froggybet’s Account, Payouts, Bonuses page prohibits players from 6 countries, naming the UK among them, from creating accounts (clause 2.6.4). Approved withdrawals are processed within 72 hours.

The operator is 3-102-941348 SRL, the company the permit list gives for froggybet.io (read 30 September 2026).

From sign-up to a first payout, the terms set the route in 3 steps:

1. Verification comes first: a passport or ID card scan goes through My Profile, Documents. Bonuses, free spins and free bets are awarded only once an account is fully verified.
2. Deposits of €25 or more qualify, from a card or account in the player’s own name. Each deposit’s bonus is selected in the drop-down box.

What do the Froggybet welcome offers pay?

Which rules apply to the Froggybet free bet?

General terms clause 58.3.9 sends the €25 free bet to football, priced at 2.00 or longer. The bonus terms also allow volleyball, tennis, ice hockey and basketball. They say they prevail in a conflict.

A football selection at 2.00 or above satisfies both texts. Other free bet rules:

• It lapses if unused after 7 days.
• It cannot go on handicap or draw-no-bet markets.
• Its stake is deducted from any return.
• Winnings stop at €100 or 3x the free bet, whichever comes first, so €75 here.
• Those winnings are wagered once before withdrawal.

Free bet example: €25 at odds of 5.00 returns €125. Less the €25 stake, €100 is won, and the cap cuts it to €75.

With the sports bonus active, no single bet may exceed the deposit. Only tennis, ice hockey, basketball and football bets count toward its wagering.

Cashed-out, void and free-bet stakes add nothing to the target, and only the first bet on an outcome counts. Clause B1.4 lists patterns it treats as bonus abuse:

• a first single or double bet staking the deposit plus the bonus
• singles averaging odds of 2.0 and above that stop exactly at the wagering target before a payout request
• several accounts linked to one person

Any of them can cost the bonus and its winnings. Sportsbook limits in the general terms:

• Minimum stake: €0.50 per event, Multiple and System bets included (clause 61.1).
• Multiple and System bets settle at odds of no more than 500 (clause 61.2).
• Selections from one match cannot share a Multiple, and such a bet is refunded (clause 39.1).
• Horse racing winnings stop at €1,000 per bet (clause 43.4).
• Cash Out shows on some markets only and can be switched off without notice (clause 55.6).

Is there a Froggybet no deposit bonus code?

None of the 10 offers in Froggybet’s homepage Promotions panel on 30 September 2026 was labelled no-deposit. The casino package needs no code, since each part is chosen in a drop-down box while depositing.

Codes and no-deposit rewards follow these rules:

• Personal offers sent by email or text message may carry a bonus code. Such a code is claimed through support, quoting the code, offer type and receiving address (clause 58.3.13).
• Winnings from a no-deposit reward stop at €25 while the account has no deposit since registration.
• The 2 documents differ on what withdrawing them takes, as both stood on 30 September 2026. Bonus terms clause 1.4 asks for a deposit wagered 3 times, and general terms clause 58.3.8 for once. The bonus terms claim precedence in a conflict, so ask support which figure it applies before depositing.

What sets the Froggybet withdrawal time?

The 72-hour clock starts only once the Payments department approves a request. Before approval, these checks apply:

1. First request: enter the passport or ID details copied exactly from the document (clause 62.4).
2. First electronic payment: a copy of the passport or ID card must be on file. Proof of address or a selfie may also be asked for (clause 62.1).
3. Clause 62.9 reads as requiring the deposit to be staked in full at minimum odds of 1.50 before that first payment.
4. When the running total of deposits or withdrawals hits €2,000, a full check begins. It can mean bank statements, source-of-funds papers, utility bills, a selfie with ID or a video call (clause 56.10.1).

A document request cancels any pending withdrawal. Upload the papers before asking for the money. An account still awaiting verification 30 days after the request is frozen.

Ceilings differ between the general terms and the Account, Payouts, Bonuses page (both captured 30 September 2026):

• In the general terms (63.1): €5,000 per withdrawal day, €25,000 per calendar month. Any excess goes back to the balance for later days or months.
• On the payouts page: €1,000 over 24 hours (16.8) and €7,000 a month (17.3). Higher VIP levels may exceed the monthly figure at the casino’s discretion. Clause 17.1 limits net winnings to €5,000 in any 24-hour period, and 17.2 to €50,000 for the account.

Before the first large request, ask support which ceiling applies and keep its written answer. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full (clause 63.4).

Clauses 63.1 and 17.3 let the operator split a win over €30,000 into monthly instalments. Payouts page clause 16.8 splits winnings above €10,000 into equal monthly payments. With a single deposit on the account, cash-outs stop at 15x that deposit (the operator’s terms, checked 30 September 2026).

Froggybet’s own pages and the Commission’s records add these details:

• Fodenmacko Trading Co Limited, based in Nicosia, Cyprus, handles payments.
• Licence 01035 is dated 10 December 2025 in the footer and 10 April 2025 in clause 1.1 of the terms. Both were seen on 30 September 2026.
• The certificate page the Commission keeps for Froggy Bet shows 17 December 2024.

What happens if Froggybet refuses or holds a payout?

1. Email support with every relevant reference and screenshot attached (clause 25.7). A bet can be disputed for 30 days, a game for 12 weeks (clause 25.1).
2. Where support cannot settle it: ask that a supervisor or manager takes the case (clause 25.3).
3. After 7 days and within 6 months, refer it to the regulator, the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (clause 25.8). Email complaints@gamingcommission.ca or use the online form.

The Commission’s Dispute Resolution page asks for date of birth, country of residence, site name and user name. Clause 25.8 calls the Commission’s decision final and binding on both sides.

Phone submissions are not taken. A case already ruled on by another body, or aired on a forum or in the press, may be dropped.

How can Froggybet play be limited or stopped?

You can set limits in your Froggybet account settings. Cuts take effect at once, but raising or removing a limit only applies 24 hours after you ask (clause 4.2).

A time-out locks deposits, withdrawals and play, and it can’t be revoked in its first 24 hours. Self-exclusion lasts 6 months or longer, up to indefinitely, and is requested in writing by email to support.

A Froggybet self-exclusion doesn’t automatically reach TikTakBet, Nalu or the other brands under licence 01035 (clause 8.4). Ask every sister brand where you have an account to close it as well.
