Rolletto’s current legal pages identify Santeda International B.V. as the operator. This review is based on public terms and register searches made on 9 September 2026, without opening or funding a gambling account.
Rolletto’s domain and company evidence
During this check, rolletto.com redirected to rolletto1.cc. The terms reached through that redirect name Santeda International B.V., Curaçao company number 151296, and state licence OGL/2024/1798/1048. The footer repeats that operator statement for the destination domain. A redirect documents what happened on the check date; it does not establish every historical or similarly named domain.
The stated payment agent is Santeda International Limited. A payment agent and a gambling operator perform different roles, so the agent’s Cyprus details should not be presented as the casino’s gambling licence. We did not complete a separate Curaçao registry validation.
The UK Gambling Commission register search for rolletto.com returned no result on 9 September 2026. We have not verified authorisation for Rolletto to provide remote gambling to consumers in Great Britain. The Commission requires that authorisation even when a business is based abroad. A foreign licence or an accessible website does not replace it.
Withdrawal limits are separate from winning limits
Rolletto’s terms set standard withdrawal ceilings of €7,500 or US$7,500 a week and €15,000 or US$15,000 a month, with exceptions described for promotions and VIP accounts. They refer to three banking days for withdrawals while retaining identity and compliance checks. We have not measured whether a customer receives money within that period.
The legal text also contains a €100,000-equivalent maximum for an individual bet or spin, excluding jackpot winnings. A per-win ceiling and a monthly withdrawal ceiling are different restrictions: a balance shown in an account is not the same as money immediately payable.
Bonus and inactivity clauses
For deposit-required bonuses, the general conditions cap withdrawal of associated winnings at ten times the deposit that activated the bonus. They also address winnings generated after a capped bonus balance is used again. Those clauses matter independently of the headline wagering multiplier, so no general “easy bonus” conclusion is justified.
An account is described as dormant after 60 consecutive days without a login or logout. Rolletto reserves a monthly charge of 20% of the initial dormant balance and can remove the remaining amount if it falls below the equivalent of 10 in the account currency. These are published conditions, rather than an allegation about a particular player’s account.
If an existing account has a dispute
The terms provide [email protected] and state a two-month window for raising an issue. Keep the version of the rules that applied, withdrawal references and any written explanation. A complaint address alone does not prove an independent adjudication service, successful resolution or access to the protections attached to a British operating licence.
