What do the Rolletto casino bonuses require?
Only slots count, and only one bonus runs at a time. Each bonus lands after the deposit but stays off until switched on in the BONUS tab, before any casino play.
- Time limit: 5 days from activation. At that requirement, the €2,000 in the example means €400 of bets a day.
- Maximum bet: €5 a spin. Anything larger is ignored for wagering, and whatever it wins is forfeited.

What conditions apply to the Rolletto sports bonus?

What are the Rolletto withdrawal times and caps?
The terms state twice that withdrawals are made within 3 banking days. Each withdrawal must be at least €20. Money goes back out through the deposit method.
- Weekly cap: €7,500. Monthly cap: €15,000, unless a promotion states otherwise.
- VIP players may get different conditions, set at the company’s discretion.
- Wins over €15,000 can be spread over several months, at no more than €15,000 each.
- The most Rolletto owes on a single stake or spin is crypto to the value of €100,000. Jackpot wins sit outside that ceiling.
- Bank transfers can carry up to €16 in intermediary charges. A USD account cannot take a bank-transfer payout.

When can Rolletto keep part of a deposit?
- Unwagered deposits: withdrawing before a deposit is fully staked allows a 20% administrative fee.
- Low turnover: bets under 3 times the last deposit let Rolletto charge its processing costs.
- Account termination: returned deposits can lose 20%. In fraud or bonus-abuse cases, the fee can reach 50% of the remaining deposit.
- Shared payment accounts: one card or wallet used by 2 or more players brings a 20% settlement fee. Deposits are seized if a personal account is not supplied within 7 days.
- Idle accounts: once 60 days pass with no login, 20% of the balance on that day can go each month. A login inside every 60-day window avoids it.

In the CGA registry updated on 21 September 2026, licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, which Rolletto’s footer quoted on 30 September 2026, appears under Santeda International B.V., company 151296. Its row gives 24 December 2025 as the expiry date. The status column says “Assessment in progress”.
Sister domains Velobet.com, Zizobet.com, Cosmobet.com and Goldenbet.com each have a CGA certificate for that licence, marked Active on 30 September 2026. The CGA’s licence register page is where the latest registry file is posted.
Rolletto’s terms name rolletto1.cc as the website. Its About page still refers to Rolletto.com, and the terms send complaints to complaints@rolletto.com. Each footer names the domain it covers, so match it with the address bar before logging in.
A Guardian investigation published on 1 April 2026 listed Rolletto with VeloBet and Goldenbet. It said the brands appear to be part of Santeda International.
What happens if Rolletto turns down a complaint?
- Raise it within 2 months of the problem. Rolletto may disregard anything older.
- Email complaints@rolletto.com and keep the reference. If the first reply doesn’t solve it, ask for the case to go to a manager.
- Keep the bet slips, the balance history and every reply. Rolletto’s server logs decide disputes over results.
- Take an unresolved case to the CGA by email, complaints@cga.cw. It does not mediate. It reviews complaints for possible breaches of the law.
