Licensed in Anjouan: Gambiva and Smash Casino both run on the licence of Softon Ltd, registered in Cyprus.
That licence is valid to 6 September 2027. Gambiva’s 800% slots welcome package, worth up to C$10,000, steps its wagering from 5x to 10x across 6 bonuses. Withdrawals are usually processed within 3 banking days (Gambiva’s promotions page and terms, read 1 October 2026).
Smash Casino’s slots package is 600%, also capped at C$10,000, at a flat 10x. Both sets of terms name the United Kingdom as a restricted country in clause 3.1.2.

Example: a C$1,000 second deposit is matched 100%, adding C$1,000 of bonus. Applied to the bonus, Gambiva’s 5x turns that into C$5,000 of required slot bets, and Smash’s 10x into C$10,000. Clause 7.10 of Gambiva’s terms limits a deposit bonus to winnings of 25 times its size, so C$25,000.
What does each step of the Gambiva slots package cost?
Gambiva’s FAQ (its gambiva777.com copy, read 28 September 2026) says wagering counts how many times “you must bet your bonus”, and clause 7.9 of the gambiva.com terms refers to “the wager for bonus”. On that wording, the table applies each multiple to the bonus.

At their caps, the 5 bonuses come to C$10,000. Smash’s clause 7.9 has the same “wager for bonus” wording, so 10x on the bonuses alone means C$100,000 in slot wagers.
2 clauses in Smash’s terms differ from Gambiva’s:
- Clause 7.8 lets a no-deposit bonus return up to 25 times the bonus. Gambiva stops at 10 times.
- Clause 7.10 limits what can be won “from any bonus claimed”, including “profits generated from the cash associated with that bonus”, to twenty-five times “the original bonus or cash amount received”.
The Smash clause leaves open whether the 25 times applies to the bonus or to the deposit. Ask Smash support in writing how the cap is worked out before any bonus is activated.
What do the Gambiva live and sports packages require?
Live welcome: C$2,250 in all, from 100% matches capped at C$500, C$750 and C$1,000. Each of those bonuses asks 25x (Gambiva’s promotions page, read 1 October 2026).
3 clauses in the 2 July 2026 terms pull against that package:
- Clause 7.15 reserves the live bonus for live casino games.

Is gambiva.com the official Gambiva site?
Gambiva.com is the address on Softon’s Anjouan entry. Read on 1 October 2026, its footer named Softon LTD, registration HE 463977, with licence ALSI-202409012-FI1.
Some visits to gambiva.com on 28 September and 1 October 2026 were forwarded to gambiva777.com. That domain is absent from Softon’s licence entry, yet the gambiva.com pages read on 1 October 2026 pointed their menus to it, and their Anjouan seal linked to a validation page for gambiva777.com.
The gambiva777.com footer showed no company name or licence number on 28 September. Its terms bear the same 2 July 2026 date, yet clause 1.2 says only “The Company is licensed.”

Which caps and fees apply to a Gambiva withdrawal?
The gambiva.com terms cover timing in clause 6.6. Processing a request normally takes 3 banking days. A slower payment channel, added verification or public holidays can lengthen it.
- €50 is the smallest bank, e-wallet or crypto withdrawal (clause 6.13).
- No more than €1,000 per day or €10,000 per month can be withdrawn.
- Only one request can be made in any 24 hours.
- Each payment method holds one pending request at most (clause 6.11).
- All wagering has to be complete before a payout is processed (clause 6.3).
- Winnings top out at €100,000 per calendar day (clause 5.7).
Example: €2,600 leaves the account in 3 requests on 3 different days. The amounts are €1,000, €1,000 and then €600.

Can a Gambiva deposit be refunded?
Gambiva’s refund policy (version of 2 July 2026, read 28 September 2026) considers a refund in only 3 cases:
- a deposit made in error through a technical or banking failure, with the money unused for play
- a duplicate transaction caused by a system malfunction
- unauthorised transactions on a compromised account, reported in time
A refund request follows 3 steps on a short clock:
- Write to support@gambiva.com no later than 24 hours after the transaction.
- Give the full name, registered email, date and time, transaction ID, payment method and the reason.
- The review can take 7 business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method.
Lost wagers and bonus wagering that was never met fall outside the policy. A chargeback raised without contacting support first can lead to suspension or closure of the account.

Who handles a Gambiva or Smash complaint?
The gambiva.com and smash.casino terms share their complaint clauses word for word:
- Live chat is the first step (clause 15.1). Softon aims to settle it inside 2 weeks. On a complex case, it promises a conclusive answer or an explanation within 8 weeks.
- If live chat leaves it unresolved, clause 15.6 wants an email by the seventh calendar day after the incident, to softoncompany@gmail.com in the gambiva.com terms. Gambiva’s dispute page gives complaints@gambiva.com instead.
- Copy both addresses and keep the reference. Softon allows itself 60 business days for the emailed reply, more for complex cases.
- Payout, suspension and bonus complaints have 1 calendar month, game results 7 days (clause 15.4).
- Clause 15.4.3 leaves 365 days to take an open dispute to ADR, arbitration or the courts.
Anjouan’s rules, read 30 September 2026, add their own steps:
- Every case starts at the complaint link in the operator’s site seal.
- The operator must answer within 30 calendar days.
- If it is still unresolved after 30 days, the player may escalate to an approved ADR provider, at the operator’s cost.

Which limits and breaks can a Gambiva account set?
Gambiva’s responsible gaming page sets out tools you can switch on yourself. A cool-down freezes deposits and bets for 1 to 48 hours, while you can still log in and withdraw. Deposit and bet limits last from 24 hours to a week.
During that time you can lower a limit, but you can’t raise it. There’s also a loss limit and a cap on session length.
To self-exclude, email support@gambiva.com, because requests made in live chat aren’t processed. The shortest period is 1 day, and if you choose an indefinite exclusion, Gambiva can refuse to reopen the account. You’re asked to settle open bets and withdraw your balance first.
