Which licence covers Royal Coala?

Royal Coala’s footer calls the regulator the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, and payments run through Fodenmacko Trading Co. Limited, a Nicosia company. Under the new gaming law, the regulator now goes by Curaçao Gaming Authority.

What does the Royal Coala welcome package require?

Offer page and General Bonus T&Cs, updated 13 February 2026, both read 30 September 2026. Section D of the bonus terms sets each cap by bonus percentage.

• Entry: new players only, a minimum of €25 for each of the first 3 deposits.

4. If verification is still incomplete 30 days after the initial request, the account is frozen for play and transactions (56.10.2).

Which casinos share the Royal Coala payment processor?

Fodenmacko Trading Co. Limited, Cyprus company HE309248, also processes payments for TikTakBet and Nalu Casino. Their footers name another operator, 3-102-941348 SRL of Costa Rica.

TikTakBet’s Account, Payouts, Bonuses page mentions entities “managed and controlled by Famagousta B.V.” in its data clause. Taken together, the 3 sites’ documents suggest related operations on one payment set-up, not sisters on one licence.

Where does a complaint go when support cannot settle it?

1. Complain to Customer Support as soon as possible. Bet disputes older than 30 days and game disputes older than 12 weeks are not considered.
2. For a sports result, raise it within 5 days of the event ending.
3. If support cannot settle it, request a review by a manager or supervisor.
4. Refer an unsettled case to the relevant authority. The terms name the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
5. That regulator, now the CGA, takes complaints at complaints@cga.cw. It will not mediate or order the casino to pay compensation.
